Trust and Trustee Advice

If you are a Trustee then you will be aware that you have a number of legal duties and obligations to comply with. If you need guidance on your duties and obligations or on you role more generally as a trustee we are able to help. We can also give you an explanation of the Trust document (sometimes called a Settlement document) in language that is easy to understand.

We can also support you in administering the trust and dealing with the trusts day to day matters for you if you are finding this too onerous or time consuming.
